The current banner you see on my blog is the old/current one that I intitially played around with. This one looks fine. But the one I actually would like to put up - my image - was not looking too good that is why I took it off.
I was hoping I could get instructions to be able to get it up looking good!Meeta K. Relinquishing extremem control over how my site looks was a tough one for me to learn... it may not be for everyone.

The scrunching/cutting off of your banner that you discribed can often happen when you have a conflict between your inserted image size and the fixed width/size of your banner space as defined by your css.

AFWIW- trial and error is an excellent way to learn. Just make sure you have a test blog set up for only playing with template changes :)

A tutorial way to learn css that I recommend is at W3 schools.Jocelyn:McAuliflowerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00740967128867118223noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12044784.post-1161281127323731682006-10-19T11:05:00.000-07:002006-10-19T11:05:00.000-07:00Me too Meeta in FirefoxMe too Meeta in FirefoxAlanna Kellogghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12869948243694610558noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12044784.post-1161275393303888012006-10-19T09:29:00.000-07:002006-10-19T09:29:00.000-07:00Hi Meeta,It looks fine to me.Hi Meeta,

It looks fine to me.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
