You just insert a piece of HTML near the top of your Blogger HTML. That's what I did, and they updated my feed so that it would show up there. They were very helpful and fast about it, too. That said, I've had no luck getting the favicon to display, for example, on Bloglines and think that is a function indeed of server access.
