I started another blog, specifically for our Supper Club. I don't want my "Sweetnicks" picture to appear on it - is there a way to remove it from just that blog?
I don't mind the whole profile being there, but really want the picture gone, but just from that blog. You know, being a "Supper Club" blog, the picture doesn't fit, you know? I can't find anywhere in the template where the photo url is referenced, and I tried going through Blogger help to no avail.
Jen - huh? I did "invite" one person so far, and she accepted, but how is that going to make that picture disappear? She also doesn't show up as a contributor...
What you'll need to do is find <$BlogMemberProfile$> in your template and replace it with the profile tags you want to use. Here's a list of all the profile tags:

As you'll see the <$BlogMemberProfile$> tag is "all inclusive" but using the other tags in it's place will allow you to pick and choose what you want to display.
Thank you, thank you, thank you! This template is totally different from my other one, so I was looking for the same stuff, or at the very least, the url for the picture. Problem solved and now "Contributors" popped up. Thank you!!!!
I actually just made a blog real quick with your template and had a look. It seems all the standard templates through Blogger have slight differences it how they work/present info.
Thank you for your comment on Food Blog S'cool. Topical discussion and information is warmly welcomed. Spam, irrelevant comments and advertisements will be deleted.
Just the picture or your whole profile ?

ReplyDeleteOnce you invite people and they register as users for the block it will remove your profile and replace it with a "contributors" list.
ReplyDeleteI just learned this by fire the other day!
