[HTML] Header Help

I have a brand new header for my blog that would fit across the entire top of the page but I don't know where in my HTML/CSS to insert it... can someone help me? Thanks!

    So first you have to make sure the header is large enough for your new header : #header {
    width:975px;
    margin-top:10px;
    border:none;
    Then, copy your header code and paste it in the content after begin header between [ItemPage][a href="[$BlogURL$"][/ItemPage]
    here
    [ItemPage][/a][/ItemPage]
    Hope that makes sense, it's quite difficult to explain it in a comment (all html tags aren't allowed here)
