[Community] Reduced Mobility

I was sorry to read that Willa from Sorry Fugu has suffered from a stroke that has left her with reduced mobility. She is looking for suggestions on how to adapt to limitations in motion while cooking. If you have any tips for her, please, please share them with her over at her blog.
