Is there an easy way to set up an email notice subsciption list? Many of the people who read my blog aren't "computer savvy" and a simple email subscription service would be super handy.
If you check out my site on the top of theright hand column there is a box and a button subscribe me!. that's the Feedburner subscribe and it automatically sends out emails of the site to people.
I also use Feedblitz - it's really easy to setup, both for me, and for the folks who want to subscribe. For those who prefer RSS, I keep that option on the site as well.
I use a tool call Blogarithm for subscription. It's very easy. I am shocked to find that most of my readers don't want to subscribe that way. They stubbornly *she smiles here* wait for my personal email to them saying, 'here's what i'm writing about this week' - oy.

Have you looked at Feedburner. You can use it for feeds and emails and it provides you with stats. i use it on my site.
