I'm having trouble attaching a video to a blogger post. It just says "uploading video for hours," but nothing happens. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Yes, just like FKJ says, why don't you upload it on YuuTube and then simply embed the HTML code? On the other hand, if the video is longer than 10 minutes you could upload it on Vimeo - I've used it and I like it.
Did you compress it first, using Windows Movie Maker? My own knowledge about this is a bit limited, but that's what I did when I put a video up on my site - the file was too large to upload the version straight out of my camera...
