Photo Placement on Blogger

Whenever I try to upload a photo to Blogger it places it at the top of the post, and I have to drag it to where I want it. I'd like to have it inserted where my cursor is. Is there any way to get photos placed in the body of a post in progress when you upload?

    I don't think you can currently tell it where to place it, but instead of dragging the photo - you can select the photo and cut/paste where you want it. You can also click on the edit html tab and cut/paste the picture code to where you wish the picture. Much easier than dragging!

    You can also move the text around--this is easier for me than moving the pictures.
