I don't know why it is there instead of the top.
I copied the same template to my test blog and it didnt have the same error.
Despite Amy's post on the subject a few days ago, I can't work out how to get rid of it on this blog, sorry.
Please be patient until I can try agin.

Please don't worry about it. Yes it's stupid, but it doesn't affect the site or our participation. If someday you find yourself with nothing better to do, then fine have at it! But don't worry about it on our account - you already do enough with all the admin as it is!

I've read that if you delete the nav bar, blogger will re-insert it. Not sure if this is what happened. Is this causing it?
