Thanks for sharing! I'll have to give it a try and see if it's any easier than my current method. I use a recipe program to calculate the nutrition, take a screen print of the formatted info, and upload it insert the image in my post. Kind of roundabout, but it works.

Like one of the commenters on the linked site, I have no idea how to calculate the nutrition content of things I make. Nice table though for those who DO know the nutrition content.
