Just to let you know that there is another content stealing blog:
onlinerecipecolletions dot blogspot dot com
It doesn't have any ads yet but a lot of links to pharmaceutical products. The owner has an email address under "her" profile, but emailing her has been useless. These people (sploggers) remind me of these nasty little worms/pests that we used to have in Texas during the spring, it was just impossible to get rid of them!

you must have scared them off? I just had a look and blogger says that address is not registered...
it's still there, layla left the c out of collections. It does have google ads - report them to google they will respond by asking you to file a dmca
You can also report them to blogger and they too will respond by asking you to file a dmca
Since it's hosted on blogspot, report it. Immediately. (It doesn't even display the obligatory google/blogger toolbar.)

You can report it to Google Adsense, but right now I'd focus on getting the site shut down entirely.
Cybele is right on this one, report it to Blogger if you have not done so already. That will be the quickest way to solve this.
Definitely report it to blogger. I just did; but it would be good coming from you as it is your content that has been lifted. I see that this creep has also stolen content from "Simply Recipes" (elise.com)
Blogger:Report a Terms of Service Violation
Update on reporting to blogger. Wow. I just received a reply from blogger telling me that in cases of "alleged
infringement" I have to "provide a written communication (by fax or regular mail, not by email)"
I have reported the site to adsense, but I'm afraid that unless this site steals my content, I will not be sending hard copy. (Sorry to be callous that way)

Thanks everyone, I'm going to file the DMCA (does it really work?).
Yeah, it really works. I've taken down a pretty major local (Sri Lankan) news site as well as other smaller blogs/splogs.
Thing is, though, I would definitely report this to Google as well. This, of course, is further evidence that I'm mean. Google will shut down their Google Adsense account and ban them for life. They won't be able to collect any money "earned" that hasn't been paid to them yet, and they won't ever be able to earn money through Google Adsense again. Hit them where it hurts - their pocketbooks.
I just found someone is scraping my content, too. Bastards. I'll be faxing a complaint to Blogger today.
