This is a really really basic question ... I use a basic Blogger template for my blog - how can I change the masthead to something more personal and appealing?

SORRY ... I got two error messages and the instruction to try again later - so I did!
Joanna, you have to go into the Blogger template layout and click EDIT in the Header Page Element.
From there you can upload an image or make text changes.
