Another sidebar?

I'm using a version of the Minima template on blogger, and I'm thinking about adding another sidebar, on the left of the main column. Is that even possible? And if so, how would I go about it? I'm fairly template-knowledgeable, but I don't really know any css, and I don't really want to change my entire template, just add to it. Any help would be great. :)

I'm afraid I can't tell you exactly how to do it (I'm still pretty html challenged, but improving!). But the wonderful Rand and Bradley (my brother and his partner) did that for me in the blogger template "Rounders". We added a third column and then increased the blog header width to go across all three columns, so I know it can be done. You can certainly take a look at my code and see what they did if you'd like.

Anne--I added a third column to my site (I use blogger's Minima) by modifying some code I found online. If you do a google search for "3 column blogger templates" you'll find a lot of good stuff that's free to use. Also, please feel free to take a look at my code.
