Can anyone please advise why my updated post does not show up shortly after it has been published?
Just curious if the NEW Blogger has anything to do with it. As with other Food Bloggers, I'm still waiting to see if I want to do the switch until I have to, eventually.

Have you tried refreshing the page? I've noticed I've had to do that once in awhile. Hope this helps.
If refreshing the page doesn't work, you can try manually clearing the cache. In Firefox, go to Tools/Options/Privacy/Cache. In IE, go to Tools/Internet Options/Clear History.
