One other suggestion that I got directly from Feedburner when I was being scraped last month is to use their Attribution flare services.
http://www.feedburner.com/fb/a/help/flarecatalog
A few that I've enabled are: Display Copyright Attribution
If you use Feedburner to republish your feed you can also check their "Uncommon Users" tab in your stats to pick up a lot of these reports.
I'm finding quite a few places use my titles & digests but not the whole post. I know they're using my prolific content to feed their sites, but because it's kind of fair use (and they usually link back), I don't go after them. It's the splogs that use my full content without attribution or links (and possibly claiming copyright) that bug the bejeebers out of me.

Thanks for that! I had something scraped a while ago and got no reponse when I contacted the appropriate folks. I'll do that from now on.
BTW- This post is now on FBS three times and counting. You grabbed post #1K, #1K1 AND #1K2. No fair! ;-)
