a nifty tool for displaying flickr photos

I found this very nifty tool to display Flickr photos on the blog. It's uses flash but in a very good way.

The tool is called Pictobrowser and this is what it looks like:

You can get your own just by clicking on the Info link on the bottom right corner.
(Thanks to Josh at The Food Section who brought it to my attention.)

Pim, this is indeed very cool. I just wish I had more time to learn how to use all these new things. (Too much time teaching school and not enough time at home.)

Your purple kohlrabi is just stunning.

I dunno, I've reloaded the main FBS page half a dozen times and I don't see anything in this post that shows a tool and everything below this post is hosed. (in FF, the margins are blown out, the last half of this post appears at the top of the page, all sidebar content is below the main column; in IE, its only the latter, but still)

I think I will skip this for now and I highly recommend that anyone using it test the crap out of it because what I am seeing is ugly enough to make me leave a site. Here's hoping that many posts quickly fill up FBS's front page because it is lame looking for me (and I am sure others) right now. :-(
